"Billecart-Salmon's elegant house-style combined with a rich vintage is an assured success. One of the vintage's absolute foremost and refreshing Champagnes. The wine has such a rich, citrus-fresh, lime-dominated fruit that it positively explodes in the mouth. The color is surprisingly light and the mousse is utterly creamy. All of this is wrapped in a cloth of the softest candy."
