Reviews
"The 2010 FAY Hillside is a classic example of “an iron fist in a velvet glove.” The wine opens with pleasing notes of black cherry, allspice and subtle oak. On the palate, the wine has big, structured tannins, but the texture is very opulent and elegant. Flavors of red cherry and cassis lead to a long finish. Enjoy this hearty wine with rack of lamb with dried sage, BBQ chicken or brisket, or risotto cakes with Fontina cheese."
