"(fermented with 40% whole clusters): Opaque ruby. Highly perfumed, exotic bouquet of dark berries, cherry-cola, smoked meat, Indian spices and incense. Weighty dark berry and cherry compote flavors are supported by velvety tannins and complicated by strong spice and anise notes. A succulent floral pastille element appears on the sweet, persistent, spicy finish. This could only be syrah."
