"Domaine dâAuvenay is an old hunting lodge and the home Lalou shared with her late husband, Marcel. Lalou lives on a plateau overlooking the working farm, where barley and corn are grown. Under the dâAuvenay label, Lalou produces biodynamic, estate-grown village, 1er and Grand Cru wines. These small-batch wines display supreme elegance and precision, with a richness that is both complex and easy to digest. This is her labor of love, where she exhibits the entirety of her winegrowing and winemaking abilities, producing truly perfect wines."
