"Medium to deep garnet colored with a hint of purple, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon opens to aromas of freshly crushed blueberries and blackcurrants with nuances of cedar, cloves, pencil lead and dried oregano. Medium to full-bodied, it offers a good amount of herbal-laced, black fruit flavors, medium-levels of chewy tannins and long finish."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
