88-91 ST "(This and the subsequent '06s are Domaine Boillot wines) Apple, spices, charred oak and nut oil on the nose. Juicy and concentrated, if a bit youthfully imploded. This was the first wine I tasted at Boillot's house immediately after we finished the negociant cellar with the Corton-Charlemagne, and this tactile but suave Savigny reminded me of a junior version of that wine. Finishes with a sexy spice character and noteworthy persistence."
