"This is perhaps the most elegant wine in the entire range with its restrained, cool, refined and intensely Chablis nose of saline, algae and oyster shell notes that add nuance to the classic green fruit and citrus aromas. This is an admirably concentrated wine with a supple mouth feel yet no loss of precision on the painfully intense, iodine-infused and austere finish that seems to go on and on.
