"A perennial house favorite of mine, this Pollerhof liter bottling puts in another fine performance despite a problematic growing season. Honeydew melon and apple piquantly and tartly accented by their rinds inform a refreshingly juicy performance of Riesling-like vivacity (despite some deacidification), culminating in a satisfyingly sustained finish that adds Grüner Veltliner-typical herb and legume notes."
