"Pale lemon-yellow color. Brilliantly fresh aromas of chlorophyll, spring flowers, fresh sage, Granny Smith apple, toast and powdered stone. Very fresh, airy and dry, with subtle but gripping flavors of lemon gelato, lime skin and spices. Wonderfully elegant, pure Champagne, finishing with delicacy and terrific persistence. A perfect aperitif."
