"The 2011 Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrières is drop-dead gorgeous. Silky, layered and exceptionally polished, the 2011 is firing on all cylinders today. The Perrières is first and foremost a wine of subtlety and nuance. This is a rare 2011 white that is going to require a few years in the cellar, and even then, it isn't likely to offer up all of its charms easily. No, this is a wine that will demand the taster's full attention. That should not be an issue, as the Perrières is utterly magnificent."
