"An ultra-pure and elegant nose offers up a complex array of scents that include spiced tea, white flowers, pear and mineral reduction. There is excellent verve and strikingly good delineation to the classy and refined middle weight flavors that seem to be constructed on a base of minerality, all wrapped in an impeccably well-balanced, saline and highly persistent finish. This is a classic Perrières with cuts-like-a-knife acidity that is both ripe and perfectly well-integrated."
