"Strong scents of spontaneous fermentation and almond-infused reduction still mark the nose of this youthful, bright yellow-white colored wine. Only hints of grapefruit, pear and dried herbs come through. Ripe and juicy acidity nicely balances out ripe and pure flavors of fruits on the palate and it is only in the finish that a whiff of honey and citrusy acidity brings depth to an overall delightfully light wine. This gorgeous wine with quite some upside potential is best opened well in advance if to be enjoyed now."
