"The domaine’s parcel in Genevrières was the first plot of vines picked in 2012 and the wine has turned out beautifully. The deep, complex and very classy nose wafts from the glass in a mix of apple, pear, tangerine, chalky minerality, spring flowers, a touch of iodine and a nice base of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and beautifully balanced, with a fine core of fruit, excellent focus and grip and a very long, racy and complex finish. Fine, fine juice."
