"Arbe Garbe's 2013 White Wine is a blend of 70% Tocai Friulano from Pagani Ranch and 30% Ribolla from Tanya's Vineyard, both in Sonoma. Almonds, crushed flowers, honey and spices are all warm and burnished in the glass, with extra shades of dimension from the slightly oxidative overtones. The White Wine is rich and beautifully textured in the glass, yet not heavy. It is certainly on the eccentric side, though, so readers will have to be a bit adventurous. This is a strong showing from Arbe Garbe and proprietors Letizia and Enrico Bertoz."
