"The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Fellom Ranch is a big, almost atypically ripe wine for Arnot-Roberts. Richly textured and voluptuous on the palate, the Fellom Ranch captures the essence of the Santa Cruz Mountains in its interplay of fruit, acidity and tannin. Hints of tobacco, cedar, dried flowers, herbs and smoke flesh out on the huge finish. Small berries in this site and the resulting high skin to juice ratio result in a Cabernet Sauvignon that will reward cellaring. Ideally the 2012 needs time for some of the baby fat to fall off."

The fourth-largest wine producer in the world, led by California. American fine wine is defined by ripe, expressive fruit and a spirit of innovation, with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon among the most sought-after wines globally.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
