"The 2007 CĂ´te de Bougerots is another stellar bottle in the making, that is just a tad more backward than the regular Bougros, and a notable step up in quality as well. The exceptional bouquet is a blend of green apple, orange, lime blossoms, chalky soil tones and a hint of flint as well. On the palate the wine is full, crisp and beautifully complex, with fine mid-palate depth, perfect balance and an utterly refined and racy finish."
