"Paul Bara always seems to produce a concentrated wine to put in this prestige bottle. This demonstrates great fleshiness and the classic Pinot spectrum. Already there are very mature aromas but, speaking from experience, I would like to recommend storing the wine for several years in order to extract the wonderful secondary aromas that always seem to drop straight into one's lap. One of the district's foremost and most reliable Blanc de Noirs! Impressive maturity and beautiful freshness of passion fruit."
