"From 30+ year old vines with 20% of the élevage in a mix of new to 5 year old barrels. As it usually is, there is just a bit more of everything here and even though the nose riper, it is also more restrained and cooler. This is not the case though with the concentrated and impressively rich medium-bodied flavors that exude plenty of Chablis character on the saline and attractively persistent finish. One to consider."
