"Ruby-red. Complex nose melds cassis, shoe polish, chocolate, game and dried thyme. Thick, lush and ripe, with enough juicy acidity to give lift to the flavors. Lovely sweetness and depth. Faint hint of leather. The dusty but supple tannins hit the palate late."
