"Shifted slightly more towards the Syrah side in 2010, the Authenticity is 76% Syrah and 24% Mourvèdre that’s fermented in a combination of concrete, stainless steel and new French oak before aging in primarily French oak barrels and puncheons. Fantastic on the nose, with smoky black fruits, graphite, chocolate and complex game and leather nuances, this serious Syrah deliver a full-bodied, powerful, yet elegant mouth feel, brilliant concentration and a chalky, mineral-driven and tannic finish. While a big wine, this has uncommon polish, freshness and poise."

The fourth-largest wine producer in the world, led by California. American fine wine is defined by ripe, expressive fruit and a spirit of innovation, with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon among the most sought-after wines globally.
A late-ripening red lending structure, dark fruit and gamey, meaty complexity to southern Rhone and Mediterranean blends.
Syrah (Shiraz) produces dark, powerful reds with black fruit, pepper and smoked-meat notes. It yields elegant, perfumed wines in the northern Rhone and bold, rich styles in Australia.
