"Good ruby-red. Knockout nose combines black raspberry, strawberry, licorice, black pepper, chocolate and cinnamon, along with an intriguing minerality. Dense and thick but fresh, with a sappy, saline quality giving grip to the sweet, fleshy fla vors of raspberry, chocolate, eucalyptus, charred oak and exotic spices. Finishes peppery and very long, with sweet, fine tannins."
