"An addition to the range, the 2013 Le Boucher is a new Cabernet Franc-based red, all from estate vineyards. Sweet red cherry, mocha, wild flowers, licorice and mint meld together. Supple and radiant, the 2013 is quite open for the vintage, with plenty of near and medium-term appeal. Given its mid-weight structure, the Le Boucher is best enjoyed over the next handful of years. The blend is 57% Cabernet Franc, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot and 8% Petit Verdot."
