"Good ruby-red color. Intriguing aromas of black cherry, underbrush, mushroom and roast coffee. Dense and strong in the mouth, with a distinct note of smoky torrefaction. Not especially primary but has real dimension. The interesting flavors reminded me of a wine from Morey-Saint-Denis."
