"The usual weight and intensity of a fine Fourneaux is on display here as this is quite ripe and rich yet it does not devolve into a Côte d'Or chardonnay as the balance and precision remain entirely Chablis in character. Forward, delicious and mineral-laden yet serious and this too will repay amply several years of cellar time. In sum, a terrific blend of power, richness and elegance."
