"Pungent, resinous herbal notes typical for this site are allied to lovely scents of acacia flower and juicy, faintly prickly apple, pineapple and lime. Despite reflecting the first-picked grapes of the vintage, this harbors 13 percent alcohol, with an attendant sense of fullness, but fortunately no heat. It finishes with admirable persistence."
