"Robustly gold-yellow in color with silver highlights and a lively mousse. Ripe, yellow apple fruit, a delicate smoky minerality, with nuances of orange zest and herbs and spices in the background. Complex and nutty, with white pome fruit, a ripe structure but with a more subtle sweetness in the finish; this has matured, shows very good length, and presents itself absolutely on point."
