"Even better is the 2008 Pinot Noir Louis Estate. It too has a multi-dimensional perfume of cherry blossom, violets, spice box, incense, and assorted black fruits. It delivers greater density, structure, and length along with layers of savory fruit. This intense offering will benefit from 3-5 years of cellaring and may well see its 20th birthday in style."
