"The 2015 Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from three vineyards located in Meursault (Sous la Velle, Les Gouttes and Couture) and this will eventually be joined by two more parcels that have been recently planted by Vincent Boyer. It has a light patisserie-tinged bouquet that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced, quite rich and rounded with a touch of honey and quince, fine acidity with a composed and generous finish. This is certainly a very fine generic white Burgundy . . ."
