"Tasted at David Wainwrightâs 40th bacchanal in Brighton. This is just a sensation Auslese with an ethereal minerally nose: limestone, white flowers, orange-blossom, tinned peach and apricot. The palate has brilliant definition, vibrant acidity, touches of Satsuma and freshly cut lime, but it is the tension and nervosite that enraptures. It will doubtlessly last for centuries but it is difficult to resist temptation now."
