"The current release of the GodmĂ© PĂšre et Fils Brut RosĂ© is outstanding, as it offers up a classic, low-dosage profiles on both the nose and palate that are Monsieur GodmĂ©âs preferred style of bubbly. The bouquet is a beautiful blend of crushed strawberries, orange zest, chalk, bread dough and dried flowers. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, seamless and beautifully balanced, with crisp acids, excellent focus, refined mousse and superb length and grip on the complex finish. A very classy bottle of Brut RosĂ© that should have no difficulty aging another fifteen years or more."
