"The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Juliet is blended of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It has a very deep purple-black color and gives up intense crème de cassis, Black Forest cake and warm mulberries with hints of cigar boxes, cast iron pan, menthol and violets. The palate is full, rich and concentrated with firm, grainy tannins and a compelling line of freshness lifting the black fruits to a long, perfumed finish. [Only] 210 cases produced."
