"The 2013 Gimmeldinger Mandelgarten Riesling Spätlese displays noble and precise, ripe Riesling and honey aromas with some grapefruit and lemon notes and flavors of crushed rocks. Sweet, piquant and intense on the palate this elegant, mineral-structured and tension-filled wine is a kind of gold-capsuled Spätlese if not an Auslese with a great aging potential. A great wine that comes highly recommended."

The spiritual home of Riesling, producing wines of piercing acidity, precision and longevity across a spectrum from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. Cool, steep-sloped vineyards along the Mosel and Rhine yield some of the world's most delicate, long-lived whites.
A highly aromatic white of piercing acidity and transparency to terroir, ranging from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. It ages remarkably and is the noble grape of Germany and Alsace.
