"This is a negociant with which I have no prior experience, but this wine showed really quite well. I cannot guess where they may have sourced this wine, but they did well. The nose is deep and classic Richebourg, albeit a bit more developed than many of these 1995s, offering up a mélange of plums, strawberries, duck, a bit of hazelnut, chocolate, Vosne spices, forest floor and cedary wood. On the palate the wine is medium-full, elegant and beautifully structured, with solid depth at the core, well-integrated tannins, and excellent length, breed and complexity. This is a 1995 Richebourg which is well worth keeping an eye out for."
