"A discreet but not invisible touch of wood sets off the ripe citrus, floral and sea-breeze infused nose that serves as a solidly complex introduction to the round, delicious and attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess good ripeness but not the heaviness that Vaudésir sometimes displays. By contrast there is a hint of the exotic to the succulent mid-palate though it's not enough to overwhelm the underlying Chablis character of the finish."
