"The 2010 Corton “Perrières” is excellent- as are all three of the Méo Cortons this year- as it offers up a very deep, pure and classy nose of red and black cherries, woodsmoke, gamebirds, great minerality, coffee, a touch of coriander seed and cedary wood. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and complex, with excellent focus, a fine core, beautiful transparency and outstanding length and grip on the ripely tannic and very refined finish. A beautiful bottle of Corton."
