"The medium ruby-colored, sexy 2004 Blend 163 (60% Grenache, 28% Syrah, and 12% Mourvedre) smells like cherry and raspberry pie doused in kirsch liqueur. Additionally, there are Mediterranean salty sea breeze and peppery scents. In the mouth, the wine is layered, ripe, complex, and rich."
