"Although 90 percent grenache, this is dark and brooding, a gamey red full of roasted purple plum, flint and fennel seed flavors. It feels languorous, slowly revealing a supple texture and mineral details as it takes on air in the glass, gently building on the firm architecture of its tannins and acidity, which will hold it strong for a decade or more."
