"This includes the fruit from the Domaine's 0.6 ha parcel of Au Bas de Combe. A distinctly earthy and somewhat somber nose reflects notes of underbrush, forest floor, dark currant and plum. The rich, concentrated and relatively powerful medium weight flavors flesh both good minerality and excellent complexity on the solidly long and well-balanced finish. This is a very good Nuits villages that should drink well after a few years of cellaring. Recommended."
