"The 2017 Papera Heritage Wine is one of the most refined wines in this range. Bedrock pulls fruit from a section of the vineyard that has 40% Carignan, along with another 10 varieties that round out the Zinfandel-based field blend, which gives the wine an unusual amount of complexity and nuance. Bright red-toned fruit, sweet, floral aromatics and silky tannins give the Papera much of its incredibly distinctive personality."
