"Well known consultant Philippe Melka has turned out one seriously good 2015 Syrah Majestique, which comes all from Bill Armstrong’s Paderewski Vineyard up off Peachy Canyon Road on the west side of Paso Robles. Pure class with its dark fruits, cured meats, ground pepper, and subtle olive notes, this beauty hits the palate with medium to full body, a ripe, balanced, layered texture, and both intensity and elegance. It’s one of the gems in this report and certainly one of the top wines in 2015."
