"Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain is intensely scented of tapenade, chargrill, Indian spices and mossy bark with a core of crème de cassis, preserved plums and blueberry compote plus a touch of crushed rocks. Rich, full-bodied and decadently fruited, with bags of earth, black berry preserves and smoky layers, the palate is framed by rugged, ripe, rounded tannins, and it finishes with fantastic freshness and energy."

The fourth-largest wine producer in the world, led by California. American fine wine is defined by ripe, expressive fruit and a spirit of innovation, with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon among the most sought-after wines globally.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
