"Ultramarine's 2012 Blanc de Blancs Charles Heintz Vineyard is bright, focused and nicely sculpted, with plenty of lemon peel, chalk, savory herb and mint overtones. The 2012 is a bit reserved today, perhaps because of its recent disgorgement. Even so, the flavors are bright, vivid and striking in their purity. Dosage is 2 grams per liter."
