"Toasted spice, caramelized meats, black raspberry and licorice notes all flow from the beautifully textured, balanced, silky 2014 Pinot Noir Gapβs Crown Vineyard, which has fabulous tannin quality and length. It's beautiful now, but I can see no reason it won't evolve for a decade or more. This spent 15 months in 30% new French oak."
