"The Chablis villages bottling chez Raveneau is always an excellent wine and the 2015 is no exception. The bouquet is ripe and very stylish, wafting from the glass in a blend of apple, pear, lemon and a nice base of minerality. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied, crisp and wide open in personality, with a fine core and lovely mineral drive on the long and vibrant finish."
