"Possibly my favorite vintage of this cuvée to date, the 2011 St Joseph Les Oliviers Blanc is slighter in color than the 2012 and offers an incredible perfume of white flowers, quince, spice and sauteed peaches. Medium to full-bodied, supple, elegant and silky on the palate, with a beautiful weightlessness that keeps you coming back to the glass, it's drinking spectacularly today, but should evolve gracefully . . ."
