"A deep greeny golden hue with thick tears in the glass. A very intense, well defined nose with creme brulee, cooking apples, a touch of cut grass and a hint of marzipan. Very complex and captivating. A very intense palate with racy acidity, very pure fruits: lemon, cooking apple, a touch of fig and apricot. Beeswax developing. Superb balance and poise with a crisp, precise finish. Outstanding and will last decades."
