"Light gold with a faint orange hue. Deep pear skin, apple, honey, minerals and white flowers on the nose. Round, spicy orchard and pit fruit flavors are braced by smoky minerals, which add pleasant grip and focus. Becomes spicier, nuttier and more mineral-driven on the finish, leaving behind a strong note of singed orange. This is a baby and will no doubt be superb in due time."
