"The profound 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve boasts a dense purple color as well as copious notes of blueberries, blackberries, licorice, melted chocolate and subtle toasty oak in the background. Full-bodied, multidimensional and built like a skyscraper, this is a beautifully rich, full, dense, seamless Cabernet Sauvignon that offers both power and elegance without going over-the-top. Drink it over the next two decades. This winery was founded in 2002 by Ed and Trish Snider. The production is modest at 4,000 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon from their holdings in the Stags Leap AVA as well as other sites, particularly Bacigalupi, Dutton Ranch and Llewellyn."
