"A very deep brown hue. The nose is deep and broody with Xmas cake, mocha and singed leather notes. Very smooth on the palate, refined and elegant. Harmonious with citrusy acidity cutting through the wine, then creme-brulee on the finish infused with a touch of ginger. A lovely mature Madeira."
