. . . . . This is a specialty from Valpolicella. This Ripasso is made from carefully selected grapes. It ferments a second time in spring for a few weeks on the mash used to prepare Amarone, gaining body, structure, fragrance and aroma. Complex bouquet with notes of cherries, red currants, warm and full in taste. Soft tannins, good balance, fruity. Can be stored for 8-10 years. Very suitable with red meat, game dishes, cheese and pasta.
